This first type of food is particular to Beijing. In the past, Beijing officials were all very picky about what type of food they ate. Guangzhou Restaurant
Guangzhou restaurant is located on Wen Chang Street. It is a garden-style restaurant. It has been praised "The No.1 restaurant in Guangzhou".
