Taiwan's Chunghwa Telecom has signed an agreement with Ericsson to set up a small test LTE network by next March. The operator will also be setting up a trial with another unnamed supplier for comparison.

MTN Uganda is to seek a court ruling overturning the imposition of new interconnection rates by the telecoms regulator.
