+ What is an authorization? |
| |
An authorization is different from a deposit because the funds are not actually taken from the account. Your bank will place a "hold" or "freeze" of funds against your credit card's available account balance. It is similar to when a bank places a "hold" on a check you want to cash. Once the authorization is released, the funds are then available to be used. Authorizations are automatically released when your credit card is charged at the end of your rental. |

+ Is there a cancellation fee? |

If the rental is cancelled before the phone has been shipped, there is a $10.00 cancellation fee. Once the package has been shipped, you are responsible for the shipping fees as well as the cancellation fee. |

+ What happens if I lose the phone? |

If you are unlucky enough to loose your phone during the period your order covered, please contact us at 1-866-574-2050 or service@pandaphone.com as soon as possible. |

+ Can you deliver my phone to the airport? |

Sorry, since the cost of the airport delivery is very expensive and the process is complicated, MyJapanPhone does not provide it |

+ How do I return my phone? |

You can just drop off the at the concierge of your last hotel in Japan as you specified on your order form then MyJapanPhone staff will pick it up. Or you can just bring it back to US and mail it to our US office at: 1108 Spring View Lane Plano, TX 75075 |
