+ What is an authorization? |
| |
An authorization is different from a deposit because the funds are not actually taken from the account. Your bank will place a "hold" or "freeze" of funds against your credit card's available account balance. It is similar to when a bank places a "hold" on a check you want to cash. Once the authorization is released, the funds are then available to be used. Authorizations are automatically released when your credit card is charged at the end of your rental. |

+ Is there a cancellation fee? |

If the rental is cancelled before the phone has been shipped, there is a $10.00 cancellation fee. Once the package has been shipped, you are responsible for the shipping fees as well as the cancellation fee. |

+ What happens if I lose the phone? |
| |
If you are not luck enough of losing your phone during the period your order covered, please contact us at first time to avoid any further loss. However, in your part, you need to compensate for it. Here is the reference:

+ When will I receive my bill? |

The bill will be sent to you with one week after your rental phone was received by us. And the itermized list of the phone calls you made or received is available in the middle of next month. |

+ How far in advance do I have to order? |
| |
It is better to place the order one week advanced than the delivery date. Otherwise the rental price will be doubled. |

Sorry, since the cost of the airport delivery is very expensive and the process is complicated, Pandaphone do not provide it. |

You can just bring it back to US and mail it to our US office at: 1108 Spring View Lane Plano, TX 75075 |

+ How do I charge my equipment? |
| |
Please make sure all our Panda phones are based in China therefore could not be charged in USA. What's more , because of the different voltage between China and US, there is no need to use an adapter to convert the voltage when charging the phone. You can only put the charger to the plug then it will be charged |
