Even inside the service area, it may not be possible to use the mobile phone in certain tunnels, underground locations, buildings or other locations where radio waves cannot be received, or in outdoor locations if the radio signal is poor. Also, it will sometimes not be possible to use the phone on the top floors of tall buildings, apartment blocks or in other high locations offering a panoramic view. This company shall not be liable for loss or damages arising from inability to use the phone.
Furthemore, all rental phones have been tested carefelly before renting out, we guarantee they could be used properly under normal conditions. If there is any malfunction happens, check the manual book and instructions first. Then retry. If the problem happens regularly please call us for help. We will arrange to have another phone for replace. After the phone been taken back and tested again and there is no abnormality been found, the customer have to be responsible for shipping and handling cost of second phone. |
