Local calls are those you make to people in your local area, or those you receive when you are in your local area. Usage
Make sure you are a subscriber of CMCC and then you can directly make or receive local calls.

If your SIM is not able to make local calls, there are three cause:
1. Run out of minute, you need to top up minutes.
2. Expiration. If your SIM card expires, you may call your SIM provider for help, or purchase a new one.
3. Broken. It is too bad, for such reason, you have to purchase a new SIM.
Domestic Long-Distance Calls
Domestic long-distance phone calls: these are calls you make to other cities in China. Usage
If you are a CMCC subscriber and have applied for domestic long-distance service, you can:
1. Directly dial the receiver's number (if that number is a fixed phone or PAS, the long-distance code should be added in front);
2. Add IP code before the number you dial;
