Danish-Chinese Business Forum (DCBF) is a non profit organization that aims at strengthening commercial ties between Denmark and China.
Executive Network
The forum is an exclusive network of Danish and Chinese top-level executives. Furthermore, we work actively with government agencies, associations and other organizations with interests in China and the Chinese market.
Knowledge Sharing
DCBF acts as an enabler of information and knowledge exchange among companies and organizations with a common interest in Danish-Chinese business relations.
Activities
The networking and exchange of knowledge takes place through a range of activities including seminars and meetings as well as social events. These events aim to provide our top-level executive members with an opportunity to meet and share experiences and knowledge. In addition we offer the possibility of meeting external VIPs such as high-level government officials, industry experts and other business leaders.
Services
DCBF is also a service organization that can help Danish companies succeed on the Chinese market, as well as facilitate access for Chinese companies in Denmark. Services include translation, identification of potential business partners and access to consulting, legal and accounting services.
A 2-way Street
DCBF has a unique position in both markets and has as the only network organization received official recognition from both Danish and Chinese authorities. The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as the Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs are both represented on the board of directors, making DCBF a natural link for official commercial relations between Denmark and China. Furthermore, the Chinese Ambassador has an observatory status on the board and the Chinese Ministry of Trade has officially recognized DCBF as a prime reference point for Chinese companies and for commercial ties between Denmark and China.
