Advertise in the Canada China Business Forum 2008 30th Anniversary Edition

On January 10, 2008, the Canada China Business Council will host the AGM in Beijing with Canadian Minister of International Trade, Hon. David Emerson and Chinese Minister of Commerce, His Excellency BO Xilai. Both ministers have given us reasonable enough confidence in their ability to attend that we have asked members to put the event in their travel plans.

2008 also marks CCBC's 30th anniversary! To commemorate this special occasion, we will distribute a special anniversary edition of Canada China Business Forum at the January 2008 gala event in Beijing, and advertising space is now available for purchase. It is a wonderful opportunity to highlight your firm to hundreds of decision makers in Canadian and Chinese business and government, as the Forum will reach a broad audience of unparalleled quality involved in Canada China bilateral relations.

Our theme and feature article is "30 Years Later: A New Balance." Lead articles will assess the past 30 years of Canada-China trade and analyze the prospects for the coming decades. We will feature an article on corporate social responsibility from a Chinese perspective, an emerging topic as harmonious society becomes a central policy of China's leadership.

Members wishing to share success stories and news of the year can send a 100-150 word summary to danyu@ccbc.com no later than November 15 for inclusion in the Forum.
